Who we are
I am, Natalya Bragar, the founder of Body Reshaping, a wellness & beauty space dedicated to helping women look & feel their best - physically, mentally, & internally. I specialize in non-invasive, holistic treatments designed to enhance the body's natural ability to rejuvenate, firm, & heal itself.
My Journey & Expertise
I obtained my nursing degree in 2002, which provided me with a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, & the body's natural healing processes. While I chose to focus my career on esthetics & body reshaping later on, my medical knowledge plays a key role in my holistic approach to wellness & non-invasive treatments.
In 2016, I earned my LPG Endermolgie diploma, specializing in body contouring, cellulite reduction, & lymphatic activation.
Over the years, I have continuously refined my skills working with advanced body contouring & rejuvenation techniques to help women achieve long-lasting results.
In 2023, I was the Leading Body specialist at Cocoon Day Spa, where I focused on improving clients' body aesthetics through non-invasive therapies. I then introduced Infrared Sauna Body Wrap in November 2023 at Body Reshaping, a powerful treatment that detoxifies the body, stimulates circulation, accelerates metabolism, & enhances skin elasticity.
